Contrary to our story (Annexe, 26 June) on the Apollo Theatre, Victoria, we would like to make it clear that Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber was not responsible for the removal of lamp standards from the building, nor are they untraceable. They are

being stored in Weybridge, Surrey, during the current production of Starlight Express.
