Sir: I intend to spoil my ballot paper for the forthcoming European parliamentary elections because of the replacement of the first-past-the- post system with one based on party lists instead of something democratic. Never having spoiled a ballot paper before, I wonder if your readers could perhaps suggest the best way to go about it?
