Wireless Festival 2016 line-up met with 'meh' from most as it fails to live up to last year's bill

Last year, Drake and Kendrick Lamar headlined the first two nights of Wireless festival, this year it’s Calvin Harris and Chase & Status.
The 2016 line-up hasn’t gone down well on Twitter this morning, where one would-be festival-goer noted that it’s “looking like a weekend full of year 10's walking around drunk off Smirnoff ice”.
A selection of other angry fans:
Of course, not everyone was in agreement:
The headline slots do have a bit of a ‘Student Union in 2008’ vibe going on, though in fairness to the festival they have landed some great acts, they’re just in the small print and perhaps not given the slot they deserve.
Miguel, Future and Young Thug will also be there, along with Anderson .Paak, Vince Staples and Vic Mensa.
Boy Better Know headlines on Sunday meanwhile, and given Drake recently signed to BBK an appearance from him is very likely indeed.
Wireless Festival will take place 8 - 10 July in Finsbury Park, London. You can buy tickets here.
