THE FASCINATING series on overcoming disability, No Triumph, No Tragedy (9am & 9.30pm R4), continues today with the controversial porn- publishing icon Larry Flynt (right), now in his late fifties, talking to Peter White about the highs and lows of Hustler and his life in a wheelchair.

In Cuppa! (9pm R2), the actress Kathy Staff dispenses stories and music inspired by tea, including an article by George Orwell on making the perfect brew.

Tonight's Night Waves (10.45pm R3) celebrates the centenary of the birth of the father of magic realism, Jorge Luis Borges. Martin Amis and Ian McEwan are among those paying tribute.
