After a fine album on a major label and a plug from Quentin Tarantino on the Kill Bill Vol II soundtrack, this acoustic-meets-beats outfit, fronted by the quirkily angelic vocals of Ambrosia Parsley, somewhat puzzlingly reappear on an indie label. As the songs at once bounce and smoulder, though, it's clear their quality is as high as ever. HHH
