WERE HE still alive, Tony Hancock would be 75 tomorrow. In H-H- H-Happy Birthday Hancock (9.00pm R2) presenter Andrew Sachs calls upon Denis Norden, Sid James and Ray Galton to share their memories and pay their respects to the much-loved comedian. In Nightwaves (11.00pm R3), Copenhagen-based director Lars Von Trier plugs his new movie The Idiots, which is released later this week, and defends his idiosyncratic filming methods.
