Joanna Hodgson

Joanna Hodgson (nee Bourke) is an award-winning business journalist, specialising in writing about the property market, leisure, retail and luxury. That includes covering FTSE 100 companies to smaller firms, entrepreneurs and personal finance topics. She began freelance writing in 2025. Prior to that Joanna worked at newspapers and magazines including the Evening Standard, where she was deputy business editor, the Independent, i and Estates Gazette.
