Prince Andrew pictured at royal event for first time in 12 months
- Prince Andrew made a surprise appearance at the Easter Sunday service at Windsor Castle, joining the King and Queen.
- This was his first appearance at a formal royal family event since Easter of the previous year.
- Other attendees included Princess Anne, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, and Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice with their husbands.
- Notably absent were the Prince and Princess of Wales, who opted to spend the holiday privately with their children in Norfolk.
- Last year, the family also missed the service due to Kate's cancer diagnosis, from which she is now in remission.
