THE photograph that accompanied our article entitled 'Thunderbirds please go' on 10 May showed a terminal designed by Ltd as a part of the London Ambulance Service's computer- aided dispatching system.

We wish to make it clear that we did not intend to imply in any way, by use of the photograph, that may have been responsible for the failure of the computer-aided dispatching system of the London Ambulance Service in October 1992.
