It’s all about the ‘Experience’ in latest Dishonored developer diary
Arkane Studios take us through their design ethic with regards to their upcoming assassin game Dishonored.

The variety of the player’s tactics is, as we’ve discussed, immense in Dishonored and Arkane Studios’ latest developer diary takes us through the team’s design ethic as choice was placed high on the agenda – even to the point where the team is calling it ‘first assassination game where you don’t have to kill anybody.’
Of course most of us will take advantage of the killing tools at Corvo Atano’s disposal and of further interest to those of us into all things clever and gory will be interested to see how Corvo’s powers can be combined to devastating effect, as rats are turned into self guiding trip mines and passing guards used as a means to plunge four storeys and walk away unscathed.
Dishonored will be available on 12 October 2012 for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
