Golden Globes has lineup of A-list stars in addition to nominees
Every day an announcement about new presenters is released for the 2010 Golden Globes Awards, scheduled for January 17, to ensure this year's event, which is live for the first time, is a glittering television event. So far, the stars include Twilight's Taylor Lautner and Avatar's Sam Worthington as well as last year's winners Kate Winslet and Mickey Rourke.
A Hollywood who's-who, the presenters include Josh Brolin, Amy Poehler, Cameron Diaz, Jodie Foster, Christina Aguilera, Halle Berry, Gerard Butler, Colin Farrell, Matthew Fox, Mel Gibson, Tom Hanks, Nicole Kidman, Sophia Loren, Julia Roberts, Cher, Jennifer Garner, Kiefer Sutherland and Jennifer Aniston.
More names will join the roster but rumor claims Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie will pass on attending this year.
Robert De Niro and Leonardo DiCaprio will present the Hollywood Foreign Press Association's Cecil B. DeMille Award to Martin Scorsese for his "outstanding contribution to the entertainment field."
The 67th Annual Golden Globe Awards will be hosted by comedic actor Ricky Gervais next Sunday, January 17, and televised live on NBC from 5 to 8 pm PT / 8 to 11 pm ET from The Beverly Hilton.
