Offices at the Alaska Works in Southwark, which have been converted into 100 flats, have won a Housing Project award, sponsored by the Royal Institute of British Architecture, the National House Building Council and the Department of the Environment. A similar site at Butlers Wharf, Battersea, was also honoured.
