The London Docklands Development Corporation has invited 16 British and foreign firms to bid for a stake in a combined heat and power plant destined to supply energy to the Royal Docks.
The Royal Docks Energy Company will provide heating, cooling and power to developments in the 350-acre site around the docks, including the planned West Silvertown Urban Village and the Exhibition Centre.
