An English Heritage blue plaque to commemorate Charles Eamer Kempe, the prolific Victorian stained glass designer, will be unveiled by Margaret Stavridi, patron of the Kempe Society, tomorrow at 37 Nottingham Place, Kempe's London home and studios from 1886 until his death 21 years later.
