A problem in probabilities:

Arthur bought one lottery ticket and was delighted to win a pounds 10 prize.

Brian bought one ticket in each of four consecutive weeks, and was distinctly peeved not to have a single number right on any of them, including the bonus balls!

Charles, with his eyes closed, picked a playing card at random from a full deck and correctly guessed which card he had chosen.

Which of these occurences was the most likely to have happened, and which was the least likely?
