PINK DRINKS FOR GAY PRIDE

The Official Pink Pride Cocktail

1 shot Absolut Kurrant, 1 shot vodka, 1 splash creme de frais, top up with champagne.

Long Island Beach Tea:1 shot bacardi, 1 shot cointreau, 1 shot tequila, 1 shot vodka, 1 shot gin, pour over ice, top up with lemon or grapefruit juice and add a splash of cranberry juice.

Seabreeze: Pour 2 shots vodka over ice and add equal parts of cranberry and grapefruit juice.

Strawberry Daiquiri: 2 shots bacardi, 1 shot creme de framboise, juice of 1 fresh lime, 6 fresh strawberries. Blend and pour over ice in a chilled glass.

Cocaine Shooter: 2 shots vodka, 1 shot creme de mure (blackberry liqueur), top up with grapefruit juice, pour over crushed ice.

Cape Cod: 2 shots vodka, juice of 1 fresh lime, pour over ice and top up with cranberry juice. French Kiss: 3 shots vodka, 1 shot creme de frais, 1 shot white creme de cacao, 4 fl oz double cream. Shake ingredients with ice, strain and pour into two cocktail glasses. Garnish with fresh strawberries.Serves two.

Strawberry Dream: 1 punnet strawberries, 4 tbsps light rum, 2 tbsps fresh lime juice, 2 tbsps golden caster sugar, 4 fl oz single cream. Blend ingredients until smooth and fluffy. Pour over crushed ice, and sprinkle with nutmeg. Decorate with strawberry and lime slices. Serves two.

Classic Pink Gin: Put four drops of Angostura Bitters in a wine glass. Rotate glass between palm of hands to coat the inside of the glass and warm bitters. Fling out any surplus liquid Add two shots of gin and water to taste.
