Answers 19 June Sue Lyon, who starred in the first film version of Vladimir Nabokov's novel Lolita. What? A butterfly - Nabokov was a renowned lepidopterist. Where? The Montreux Palace Hotel, Switzerland - the proceeds from Lolita enabled Nabokov to settle here and write full-time.
