BARCLAYCARD is now allowing its cardholders to choose their own PIN - personal identification number. A new number can be entered the next time the cardholder withdraws money from a cash dispenser. Barclaycard has conducted research which shows that one in eight cardholders carry their PIN number around with them as they cannot remember it.
