Direct Line has cut the APR on its personal loans by up to 1.4 percentage points. The APR on loans of pounds 3,000 or more has been cut by 1.4 points to 13.6 per cent over 36 months, while the rate for smaller loans has been cut by 1 percentage point to 15 per cent over 36 months.
