GARRISON Investment Analysis is offering to charge a fee of pounds 25 to cover administration costs on Pep purchases made before the end of May. All of its introductory commission on the Peps will be refunded to clients. Colin Campbell, director, says: 'When combined with the extra allocations we have been able to negotiate on a wide range of Peps, this can mean savings of up to 5 per cent - less our pounds 25.'
