City law firms Fox Williams and Baker & McKenzie have linked with Cadence Europress to launch ExeComp, claimed to be the first expert software program to calculate compensation for managers who lose their jobs. The developers claim lawyers, company secretaries, employment consultants and personnel specialists will find the package, which takes into account such variables as mitigation, tax and national insurance contributions, saves time and money.
