Mamdouh Mahmud Salim, accused of being finance chief of the alleged terrorist mastermind Osama bin Laden, is soon to be extradited to the US, a German government spokesman said. American officials have charged him with conspiracy to murder and the use of weapons of mass destruction in the US embassy bombings in east Africa in August, which killed 224 people.
