The wife of Frank Bruno, the former heavyweight boxing champion, won a High Court order banning him from assaulting her, it was reported last night.

Laura Bruno, 34, is said to have won a "non-molestation" order banning Bruno, 36, from "assaulting, molesting or harassing". Her husband, who retired from the ring last year, was attending the Queen's "People's Banquet" yesterday. The couple have been together 16 years.
