Bruton urges action on Ulster

During the first visit by a foreign head of government since Tony Blair's arrival at Downing Street, the Taoiseach, John Bruton, will today urge Mr Blair to move urgently to avert a repetition of last summer's disturbances arising from the Ulster marching season.
