Float expected to value Triad at pounds 30m

Triad Group is coming to the market in a float expected to value the software and systems consultant at over pounds 30m. Triad, which provides information technology services to central government and numerous industries, released its pathfinder prospectus yesterday for the float, which is expected in mid-March. Beeson Gregory is the stockbroker and sponsor. Triad, which employs 152 people, has offices in Godalming and Milton Keynes.
