Netbenefit to list on AIM

NETBENEFIT, the leading UK register of Internet names, is to join the Alternative Investment Market in June. It has more than 17,000 domain names registered.

Two directors - the managing director, Jonathan Robinson (pictured with finance director Allison Sparshatt), and Keith Young, a non-executive, founded the company in 1995. NetBenefit reported pre-tax profits of pounds 92,500 in the year to June 1998 on turnover of pounds 1.24m, up from pounds 830,000. It is seeking to raise pounds 4.5m.
