In our 16 January theatre review of 'The Man in the Middle', a play based on the life of Wikileaks founder, Julian Assange, we referred to Mr Assange being the subject of 'rape charges'. We would like to make clear that Mr Assange faces only one allegation of rape and, to date, has not been formally charged with any offence. We are happy to clarify the position.
