Fraud-charge man

to return to UK

AN AUSTRALIAN man yesterday lost his battle against extradition to Britain where he is wanted for a pounds 2m fraud involving diet tea.

Peter Foster, a former lover of ex-Page Three model Samantha Fox, was ordered by judges in Brisbane to face five counts of fraud brought against him by British police in April.

He has been jailed in several countries for producing phoney diet teas and pills. After the hearing Mr Foster produced a written statement saying: "It's like Gallipoli all over again. The British give the orders and we follow them without considering the real risk to life and limb."
