Police have appealed for information about two suitcases containing paedophile material found in a left luggage locker at Cardiff railway station after the suicide of a care worker seven years ago. West Midlands Police are investigating the actions of South Wales Police following the discovery of the cases, now lost.

Alan O'Brien, 24, killed himself while being investigated by Merseyside police for alleged abuse. At the time he worked at Taff Vale home in Cardiff which this year was at the centre of a police inquiry into abuse. Roger Dobson
