The satirical magazine Punch is to be relaunched in September by Liberty Publishing, a new media company owned by the Harrods chairman Mohamed Al Fayed and chaired by Stewart Steven, former editor of the London Evening Standard The Standard columnist Peter McKay will edit the magazine, which last appeared in April 1992 Mr Steven said "We aim to take Punch out of the dentist's waiting room and back into people's homes"
