A LAWYER for the convicted gangster Reggie Kray last night attacked a Parole Board report blocking his release.
Trevor Linn said in a letter to a national newspaper that the reasons given - which included a charge that Kray had only recently become a low- risk Category-C prisoner and had resisted this change of status, and that he had resisted curbs on alcohol - were "factually incorrect".
