POLICE TONIGHT charged a man with the murder of an 80-year-old priest who was found stabbed to death at his presbytery.

Fr Paul Orchard, a Roman Catholic priest, was found dead in Brandhall, West Midlands on Sunday morning. Police said Mark Andrew Massey, 31, of no fixed address, would appear before Warley magistrates tomorrow morning, accused of murdering the clergyman.
