A MAN appeared in court yesterday charged with raping a 13-year-old boy in the toilets of a department store.

Alan Evans, 23, of Kirkheaton, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, is accused of attacking the teenager in BHS, Leeds, on 7 August.

Leeds magistrates remanded him in custody until next Thursday.
