Patrick Stewart admits he's lost the Olympic torch... and reveals what hairstyle he'd have if he wasn't bald
The actor wants an invitation to the White House for his teabag-dunking skills

Sir Patrick Stewart has admitted he lost the Olympic torch after the London Games - and revealed what hairstyle he'd have if he wasn't bald.
The The Star Trek alumni, American Dad voice-actor and occasional X Man spoke on a host of subjects as he made his debut in one of Reddit's Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions, which offer the chance for fans to have a full-on geek out with their favourite famous people.
From revelations on his favourite sandwich, his dream hairstyle and his trailblazing approach to making a cup of tea, we’ve rounded up his best responses.
On the perfect cup of tea
“Easy. Yorkshire Gold. Any other kind of tea bag needs two bags. By the way, did you know that I am the man who introduced the concept of the double tea bag to the United States.
"Don’t you think that deserves some recognition… A Medal of Honor? And invitation to the White House? Or my own seat on the next space shuttle?”
On whether he prefers kissing Ian McKellen or Conan O’Brian
“Actually, it’s Alan Cumming”
On carrying the Olympic Torch
“Unbelievably exciting. Unbelievable because i never expected it would happen to me and as an ex-athlete and huge fan of the Olympic Games, it was one of the best days of my life. And, I ended the day taking home the torch, but I seem to have mislaid it. If anyone knows where it is, please let the @SirPatStew team know.”
On the perfect sandwich (which actually sounds a bit average to be honest)
“Always, in my life, a favourite, thickly-sliced Granny Smith apple on thick, heavily buttered white bread. Very healthy and yummy.”
On the age-old question of what kind of hairstyle he would have if he wasn’t bald
“A mullet”.
Sir Patrick has a huge social media following, with fans lapping up his unique brand of witty and weird Britishness.
His Twitter output has previously featured pictures of him relaxing in a hot tub, strong support for the LGBT community and examples of his incredible bromance with Ian McKellen.
The actor was promoting his new show Blunt Talk, executive produced by Seth McFarlane, which sees Sir Patrick play a recently-divorced newsreader intent on conquering America.
