Working in close quarters with loved ones is not always an ideal situation, especially when you are one of the most famous power couples in the world and global attention is on both of you.

Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan are one of the wealthiest couples, with a combined worth of more than $50 billion, and jointly run an eponymous philanthropic foundation aimed at eliminating world inequality.

As the ultimate power couple, there are no cracks in the united front they present in public. But behind the scenes, Chan, a paediatrician, admits both being so driven can be “uncomfortable” on occasions.

She told Sheryl Sandberg, Facebook COO, their relationship has an interesting dynamic now they are married and work together.

“It's really fun. We have a lot to learn from each other. We are complementary. We drive each other, and we challenge each other to think more deeply. For me, I force him to think more about 'what's the context?' and 'what are we trying to do?' 'How can we learn more from the people who are already doing the work?'

"It can be uncomfortable at times. But it’s so fun.”
