Postal workers will start voting today on whether to continue with the campaign of industrial action which led to mail deliveries being crippled in the summer.
The Communication Workers Union expects the 130,000 staff to vote in favour of continuing the strikes to strengthen its opposition to a proposed pay and working practices package.
