An Algerian illegal immigrant who battered a young doctor after he asked him not to smoke on the Tube is to be deported. The Home Secretary, Michael Howard, ordered papers to be served on Abeey Dikes immediately after he was jailed for 21 months on Friday for beating Dr Jonathon France, 25, unconscious.
