Colin Stagg, 29, of Roehampton, south-west London, was fined pounds 200 by Wimbledon magistrates after he admitted indecent exposure on Wimbledon Common. Police said no further action would be taken against Stagg and there was no one in custody being questioned about the murder of Rachel Nickell on the common.
