Labour MP Jess Phillips refuses to apologise after accusing David Cameron of 'colluding with child abusers'
Ms Phillips stated: 'By blocking sex and relationship education David Cameron is colluding with child abusers'

Jess Phillips, the outspoken Labour MP, has refused to apologise for accusing David Cameron of “colluding with child abusers”.
The Birmingham Yardley MP is furious that the Government has decided against making sex and relationship education compulsory in all schools. Experts believe this education would help prevent children growing into abusers and committing domestic violence later in life.
Ms Phillips stated: “By blocking sex and relationship education David Cameron is colluding with child abusers #keepitsecret #donttalkaboutit”.
Ms Phillips told The Independent on Sunday that she did not regret making the comment. She added: “This is benign neglect rather than malign neglect. I don’t think David Cameron wants children to be abused, but it is the same result. It’s neglect and collusion whether or not he means to do it.”
