Amanhunt was launched for a prisoner who absconded from a Dartmoor prison working party at a quarry near Princetown. Devon and Cornwall police said William Connors, 22, a convicted burglar, 'can be violent and should not be approached'. Connors is white, of stocky build, about 5ft 5in tall, with red hair.
