Chicago - Alain Robert, a tourist from France described by police as a frustrated mountain climber, was arrested after scaling 40 stories of a Chicago skyscraper. Mr Robert, 32, told police he was bored with the traditional tourist attractions and decided to get a more interesting view of the city. Using only gloves, he made his climb along a window-washing track built into the side of the 50-storey structure. Reuter
