Charges expected

Washington - Tonya Harding might be charged this week with conspiring to injure her figure skating rival, Nancy Kerrigan, CNN television said yesterday. The network reported that investigators had proof she discussed alibis with Miss Kerrigan's confessed assailants after the 6 January attack in Detroit. NBC television reported that Miss Harding's ex-husband, Jeff Gillooly, had told FBI investigators that his wife was in on the plot and had given it final approval.
