Christian 'will not be executed'

An Iranian Christian has been charged with 'religious espionage' but he will not be executed for converting to Christianity, a judicial official was quoted as saying, Reuter reports from Tehran. The case of Mehdi Dibaji drew protests against Iran from the West after it was reported he had been sentenced to death.
