BERLIN (AP) - Police have seized weapons-grade uranium in a raid on the burgeoning black market in Soviet-bloc nuclear materials, a Bavarian customs official said yesterday. An expert said the find, if confirmed by scientists, would be the first known appearance in the West of smuggled raw material for an atomic bomb. Seven people were arrested after 2.2kg (4.8lb) of highly enriched uranium was seized from a car in a Munich car park on Tuesday.
