LIMA (Reuter) - Peruvian anti-terrorist police began their formal interrogation of captured guerrilla leader Abimael Guzman, described by President Alberto Fujimori as 'a rat in a cell' who was near death. Police began the questioning that would be submitted as formal evidence for the trial.
