Berlin - The release of East Germany's security police chief, Erich Mielke, the only imprisoned member of the Communist regime, has outraged many of his victims. Mielke, who ran the notorious Ministry for State Security, the Stasi, was released on Tuesday after serving the standard two-thirds of a six-year sentence - for killing two policemen in 1931. Reuter
