TOKYO (Reuter) - Japanese tourists may soon be learning how to 'freeze', 'back off', 'duck' and 'get lost'. That is the aim of a pamphlet of English words being devised by Japan's transport ministry to prepare the Japanese, citizens of one of the world's safest countries, for the dangers of foreign travel. The pamphlet was prompted by the shooting in Louisiana of a Japanese exchange student whose failure to understand the word 'freeze' is believed to have led to his death.
