Space authorities postponed the launch of the first all-Japanese satellite-launching rocket for at least one day because of stormy weather, Reuter reports from Tanega-shima. Launch of the H-II - the first Japanese rocket capable of putting large communications and earth observation satellites into orbit would be delayed until at least tomorrow, National Space Development Agency officials said
