Britain claimed to be on the threshold of an argument with China on the future of Hong Kong military land, but the Chinese side warned it still expected concessions, AFP reports from Hong Kong. Prospects for an agreement soared as the Sino-British Joint Liason Group, which is hammering out details of Hong Kong's 1997 handback to China - rescheduled its third and final meeting to Monday to enable expert talks on military lands to be held.
