New York (Reuter) - The United Nations Security Council threatened unspecified action against Angola's Unita rebels for failing to participate seriously in peace talks. A resolution, adopted unanimously, threatened any party that jeopardised the peace accords with 'all appropriate measures' and asked the Secretary- General, Boutros Boutros- Ghali, to arrange a meeting between the government and Unita 'at the highest possible level' before 30 April. President Eduardo dos Santos and the Unita leader, Jonas Savimbi, could meet in London in early April.
